He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony DeFelice and Rose Giangrande DeFelice. He is survived by: his wife Helen Valdez DeFelice; his children, Anthony DeFelice (Lisa) of New Windsor, NY and Nicole DeFelice of West Milford, NJ; his siblings, Andrew DeFelice (Valarie) of Highland Mills, NY and Rosemarie Barnak (John) of Bedminster, NJ; and his grandchildren, Ava, Michael, Liliana and Nicholas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
