She was predeceased by: her father Aldo F. Tersillo; her brother Aldo Tersillo; and her niece Antonia Tersillo. She is survived by: her mother Judy Tersillo (Miccoli); her husband Jack Graziano of Jack's Auto Tech; her children, Jayson Lukacs and Jenna V. Graziano; her stepson Jack V. Graziano III; her grandsons, Max Graziano and Ethan Graziano; and her siblings, Frank Tersillo (Paula), Tony Tersillo (Trina), Thomas Tersillo (Beth), Judith Bracken (David) and Maria Clements (Tony). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made in Phyllis' memory to the Walden Humane Society, 2489 Albany Post Road, Walden, NY 12586.
