It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard E. Castleberry of Newburgh, New York, who passed away on March 5, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Castleberry and Carol Castleberry; and his siblings-in-law, Corad Goulet (Gemma), Clemance Goulet, Alma Goulet (late Roland), Bernadin Goulet (late Paulin) and Celia Goulet (Yvon).
He is survived by: his wife Anita Castleberry; his children, Chris Castleberry (Margaret Castleberry), Sandra Freeborn (Joseph Farino), Luc Poulin, Peter Neckles and Alexander Neckles; his grandchildren, Henry, Evelyn, Jack Castleberry, Caitlin Edwards (Drew Edwards), Emilee Freeborn, Olivia and Ethan Poulin; his sister Sue Ann Fleming (David Fleming); and his siblings-in-law, Julien Goulet (Jocelyn), Jean Marie Goulet (late Louisette), Jean Louis Goulet (Ginette), Norbert Goulet (late Elianne), Emilia Vachon (Renee Paul) and Julia LaPierre (late Lionel). He is also survived by his family, friends.
