He is survived by: his wife Pat Sansbury; his children, Heather Lombardi (Sansbury) and Patrick Sansbury (Ushma Sansbury); his grandchildren, Michael, Lorenzo, Parisha and Paxton; his nephew John J. Meade; his niece Christina Hagen; and his coton-de-tulear Ana.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart and Lung Association.
