It is with sadness that the passing of Rose Cosenza (Newburgh, New York) is shared. Rose, born on August 12, 1929, passed away on July 13, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albina Vurro (Pepe) and Jack Vurro; her husband Alexander Cosenza; her brother Felix Vurro; her aunts, Geraldine and Jenni Pepe; and her uncle Antonio Pepe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Geri Cosenza-Terapane (Alex Terapane) of Poughkeepsie and Tara Cosenza-Gossett (Richard Gossett) of Wappingers Falls; and her grandchild Arden Terapane.
In Lieu of flowers, the family would be honored to have a donation made in Rose's name to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org).
