It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shefit Bengasi (Newburgh, New York), who passed away on October 20, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Abedin Bengasi and Ifete Bengasi (Nova); his wife Hava Sulejmani; his children, Albana Popllo, Altin Bengasi and Arber Bengasi; his children-in-law, Erjon Popllo, Elona Bengasi and Cassandra Zeffiro; and his grandchildren, Eneida Popllo, Alexander Popllo, Altion Bengasi, Christopher Popllo, Emily Bengasi and Eliana Bengasi. He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
