He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanna Hannigan (Volpe) and Edwin F. Hannigan; his sister-in-law Pamela Cooper (George Kartis Sr.); his aunts, Bunny and Leah; and his uncle Jackie.
He is survived by: his significant other Donna J. Cooper Hannigan; his son Trevor W. (Caterina); his grandsons, Evan F. and Luke D; his children, Jonathan T. (Sandra Tungteakkhun) and Katie (Aaron Tabon); his granddaughter Rosie; his pet Lady; his siblings, Nicholas, Susan Hannigan (Crookes, family: Edward F., Patrick D, Lawrence M., Debbie), Jennie (Larry) and Stephanie (family: Manuel Pardavila); his siblings-in-law, Gottfried Floer and Marilyn Kartis; and his uncle Joe. He is also survived by family; Edward F. and family; Patrick D, and family.
