He was predeceased by : his parents, Alan Halstead and Edith Robinson Halstead; and his daughter Donna Martin. He is survived by : his sons, Rob Halstead (Deb) and Doug Halstead (Cindy); his grandchildren, Michael Halstead (Kalli), Erik Martin, Brianne Maholsic (Chris), Alyssa Dixon (Kyle), Jillian Halstead, Katherine Halstead (Anthony), Amanda Halstead and Cameron Halstead (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Desi, Brett, Kadence, Conner, Bentley, Easton, Logan, Paisley, Oakley, McKenna and Weston; his siblings, Sharon Collopy (Dan) and Sandy Shaffer (George); and his friend Kathy Lozo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
