He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Cook and Carolyn Witcop Cook; and his brother Robert Cook. He is survived by: his child Kelly Klopfer (Ben); his grandchildren, Nikolas, Riley and Amelia; and his siblings, Russell Cook and Carol Matthews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rutland-Corwin Funeral Home, Inc. (2670 Main St, Newfane, NY 14108). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 24th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
