He was predeceased by : his brother Christopher; and his grandfather Arthur Matyjasik. He is survived by : his parents, David and Charlene; his brother David (Michelle); his daughter Rayna; his girlfriend Brooke Harris; and his grandmothers, Lorraine Matyjasik and Patricia Wisniewski. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many good friends.
