She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Truax and Mary Truax (Snediker); her husband Egbert "Brud" Hamminga; her grandchildren, Melissa Ford (Keith) of Bakersfield, CA and Michael Hambruch of Cheektowaga; her great grandchild Brody Ford; her siblings, Dorothy McCabe (late Bud), Robert Truax (late Cindy), Ruth Del Plato (late Mike), Harold Truax (Ann), Richard Truax, Norman Truax (late Barb) and Kenneth Truax; and also, John W. Hamminga and Donna Dettinger (Hamminga).
She is survived by: her children, John W. Hamminga of Williamsville, Kathleen M. Hambruch (Dennis) of Getzville and Ann M. Hamminga of Lockport; and her sister-in-law Ann Truax. She is also survived by several cousins, and many dear nieces and nephews.
