He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hoffman and Margaret Hoffman (Thorpe); and his sister Diana Fabrizio. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Adams-Hoffman; his siblings, Kathleen Cadrain (Robert), Keith Hoffman (JoAnn) and Robert Hoffman (Tereasa); and his children, Shireen Howle (Bradley) and Brian. He is also survived by siblings, 13 dearly loved grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
