She was predeceased by : her parents, Daniel Goodwin and Shirley Peterson Goodwin; and her brother Daniel Goodwin Jr.. She is survived by : her husband Marvin Buckingham of Newfield; her daughter Sheila Nalley (Russ) of Ovid; her siblings, George Goodwin (Pat) of Newfield, Tommy Goodwin (Dinah), Patricia Jones of Ovid, Cecilia Fleet of Newfield and Eva Andrews (Bob) of Candor; and her granddaughters, Stephanie DeWitt (Brett) of Niles, NY and Jessica Maleski of Owego. She is also survived by several in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.

She would donate proceeds to various charities, including the backpack program and the Disabled Veterans.
