He was predeceased by : his parents, Dr. James Pullman and Johanna Pullman (Blaas); and his former life partner Patricia "Pat" Schu Pullman. He is survived by : his wife Theresa "Terry" Guenther; his children, Amy Galiotti (Steven) of Spencerport, NY and James Pullman (Eydie) of New Albany, MS; his stepdaughters, Elsa Geraci (Michael) of Rochester, Kristen Hammond (Justin) of Nashville, TN and Katie Houy (Max) of Arkport; and his siblings, Joseph "Joe" Pullman (Ellen Ketchum) of Truxton, NY, John Pullman (Sue) of Cardwell, MT, William "Bill" Pullman (Tamara) of Los Angeles, CA, Helena Bunker (Paul) of Sinking Spring, PA, Linda Pullman of Wellsville and Johanna Jaffer (David) of San Jose, CA. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; several nieces & nephews.

Jay's family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to the Arkport Public Library, PO Box 1028, Arkport, NY 14807.
