She is survived by: her mother Stacia Gorczyca; her daughter Stacia; her nephew Joey; her grandson Anthony Diaz Jr. (AJ); her children, Susie, Anthony Sr., Steven, Mary and Thomas; her children-in-law, Toni Catherine (Julianelle), Greg Joly and Ferdinand Lewandrowski of Newport, NY; her granddaughter Mercedes Lewandrowski; her nephews, Joseph of Lady Lakes, FL. and Peter Bankowski of Lady Lakes, FL.; and her grandchildren, Bernice and John.
