He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Reinhardt and Charlotte Reinhardt (Wells); his brothers, Paul and Robert Reinhardt; and his sister-in-law Laverne Reinhardt.
He is survived by: his wife Jean M. O'Shea of Mary's Church; his children, Heather Briggs (Art), Kenneth Reinhardt (Amanda) and Lisa Reinhardt; his sisters-in-law, Tina Laurie, Candy O'Shea, Rita Terrazas (David) and Tammy Bialek (Ben); his mother-in-law Jean O'Shea; and his grandchildren, Kala, Tyler, Hannah, Holly, Sheala, Miranda, Jayden and Charles. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
