Stephen H. Romer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2025, at the age of 75, Stephen H. Romer (Newport, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Romer and Vera Romer (Bliss); his brother Thomas Romer; and his granddaughter Aria Grear. He is survived by: his children, Earl Romer of Fairfield, Joseph Romer of East Greenbush, Jessica Grear of Murrieta, CA and Erica Sciscoe (James) of Beaver Dams; his grandchildren, Kayla, Ryan (Jaclyn), William Romer, Jade, Carmen, Greysen Grear, Charlotte Romer, Vera Sciscoe, Eric Rende II and Cameron Henderson; his sister Rebecca Kloss (Daniel) of Belchertown, MA; and his sister-in-law Margaret Romer of Canastota. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Fairfield Community Hall.
