He was predeceased by: his parents, Harland Mower Jr. and Sharon Goodman (Wells); his stepparents, Dawn Mower (Gressler) and Jeffrey Goodman; and his brother Harland "Ted" Mower III.
He is survived by: his son Michael Mower (Marci Gondek); his stepsons, Timothy Brillhart (Ashley Willis) and Joseph Lamphere; his sisters, Patricia Hillman (Michael) and Bonnie Mower-Elwood (James); his grandchildren, Justin, Taylor, Mckayla Mower and Austin Griner; his stepgrandchildren, Jayden Husted and Addison Taylor; his great grandchild Sophia Mower; and his nieces and nephews, Rachelle Gross, Michael, Steven Hillman, Regis Cotton, Renee Przelski and Rebecca Elwood.
