She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard J. Armstrong and Clara [Flewellyn] Armstrong; her husband Gerald "Jerry" O'Donoghue; and her brother Paul. She is survived by: her sons, Cary, Bryan, Timothy (Lucia) and Brendan O'Donoghue (Courtney); her grandchildren, Luisa Stahlman (David), Hunter, Matthew, Ashley, Garrett, Alex (Chris), Destiny, Andres, Addison, Gabriel and Jared; her great grandchild Chloe; her siblings, David, Bernard (Patricia), James (Linda) and Mary Armstrong; her sisters-in-law, Anne and Nancy Armstrong; and her siblings, Leonard and Pat Armstrong. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Flowers are gratefully declined, memorials may be made in her name to Lighthouse Women's and Children Center.
