Billie leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Billie’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Billie will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ottis Cottle and Bessie Cottle (Wells); her husband Harold Cooper; and her daughter Diane Cooper. She is survived by: her children, David Cooper (Saundra), Kathryn Jennings (late Donald), Kenneth Cooper (late Linda), Carol Uber (John) and Amy Kudla (Paul). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
