We are sad to announce that on March 15, 2023, at the age of 71, Charles James Hoy (Niagara Falls, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hoy and Mary 'Louise' Cusick (late Webster); and his siblings, Terry Hoy (late Debra), Webster Cusick, Jr. and Candice Cusick.

He is survived by: his wife Nita; his children, Michael Hoy and Cathy Hoy-Patterson (Bob); his grandchildren, Zachary, Joshua Dubuc, Gabrielle, Noah Patterson and Ryan Guagliano; and his siblings, Robert Hoy (Diana), Maryann Hoy-Oka, Annette Kitner (Jim), Jody LaMarca, Barbara Juneau (Michael), James Hoy and Adrien Cusick (Karrie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
