She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Moon; her parents, Herschel Wade and Flora Wade; her brother Mark Wade; and her nephews, Gregory Iodice and Nicholas Iodice.
She is survived by: her daughter Lindsay Cullen; her child-in-law Jewel Cullen; her sisters, Kathleen Iodice (Dave) and Mary Hayes (Doug); her nieces, Kerri Augustino (Rob) and Jillian Hayes; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mia Augustino, Isabelle Augustino, Anthony Burke and Tre Augustino.
