He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Laverne Green (Skip), Robert Ray Caldwell and Anne McLaren Caldwell; his uncle Garry Pitz Junior; and his pet Morgan.
He is survived by: his mother Jessica Pitz Green; his sisters, Kayleigh Green and Mackenzie Green; his great-grandparent Joyce Green; his grandparents, Larry Green, Linda Caldwell Hutchinson (Arnold), Garry Pitz and Susan Lis; his aunts, Lori Ellen Green, Megan Pitz and Rachel Pitz; and his close friend Erik Murphy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to NAMI National Alliance of Mental Illness https://donate.nami.org, or Erie County SPCA https://yourspca.org Christopher was a proud supporter of both of these organizations and was a strong activist for mental health and animal rights.
