She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry W. Anderson and Josephine C. Anderson (Archie). She is survived by: her brother Jason Anderson. She is also survived by several cousins and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to the Niagara County SPCA, honoring Cindy's lifelong devotion to animals.
