She was predeceased by: her parents, Loretto DiCenso and Pia DiCenso (Paolini); her husband Pasquale "Patsy" L. Crugnale; her daughter Maria Pia Zarr; and her siblings, Lorenzo DiCenso (Luciana) and Maria Casilio (late Anzelmo).
She is survived by: her daughters, Lillian Evangelista and Patricia Crugnale; her grandsons, Donato Evangelista (Valeri), Dr. Pasquale Evangelista, Michael Prokop (Terri) and Andrew Prokop (Cara); her great grandchildren, Elise, Daniel and Avery Prokop; and her brother Angelo DiCenso (late Madelyn). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the M. J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel (2730 Military Rd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (1413 Pine Ave, Niagara Falls, NY 14301).
