He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Meacham and Marion Meacham; and his brothers, Richard Meacham (Elaine) and Earl Meacham. He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Clive; his children, Jeffrey Meacham, Daniel Paul Meacham, Jr. (Teresa) and Dana Smith (Carl); his grandchildren, Brianna Hillman, Jasene Smith, Kristen Meacham, Ryan Meacham and Tyler Meacham; and his great grandchildren, Adam Hillman, Hannah Hillman, Harper Winchell and Bentley Shumate. He is also survived by great-grandchild and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to a charity of one's choice.
