He was predeceased by: his father Norbert Cassada; and his uncle Bill Stephen. He is survived by: his mother Lisa Stephen; his sons, Nathan Stephen and Daniel Stephen; his brothers, Shane Stephen and Anthony Stephen; his nieces, Kaylee and Karma Stephen; his nephew Mason Stephen; his grandmother Sharon Keller; and his aunts, Sonya Miller and JoAnn Spears.
