He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Lewis and Ann Lewis (Dell); and his brothers, Timothy Lewis and Gary Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Darlene A. Lewis (Kerrison); his sons, Anthony Lewis and Jesse Lewis (Jolene); his grandchildren, Felicity Beitz, Danica Lewis and Kyle Lewis; and his siblings, Barry Lewis (Beverly), Michelle Hastings and Terry Piper (Jerry). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
