She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Blaine and Doris Blaine; her former husband Dominic Richard Perno; and her sisters, Bonnie Nafus (Roland) and Linda Venuto.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Eckert; her son Christian Perno (Ann); her grandson John Thomas Perno; her stepchildren, Debbie Valdes (Luis), Sandi Fadel, Donna Angelucci, Richard Perno (Diane) and Thomas Perno (MaryAnn); and her siblings, Jeri Mastny (Gary), Sherri Rook (David) and Earl Robert Blaine (Jean). She is also survived by several grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
Viewing was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home (8622 Buffalo Ave, Niagara Falls, NY 14304). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St Mark Lutheran Church (1135 Oliver St, North Tonawanda, NY 14120).
