It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Lee Hout of Niagara Falls, New York, who passed away on November 18, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hout and Barbara Hout; and her grandmother Lillian Woodland (late Edward). She is survived by: her children, Jesse Popovice and Deanna Mallory (Jessica); her grandchildren, Hannah Routhier and Haleigh Routhier; and her brother Robert Hout (Kim). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
