He is survived by: his wife Catherine Catchpole (Cicali); his children, Michelle McNally (Dan) and Josh Catchpole (Anita Binder); his stepchildren, Angela Melaney, Anthony Cicali and Aaron Cicali; his grandchildren, Justin, Jeremy, Kaden, Khloe, Savannah, Riley and Freya; and his siblings, Richard Catchpole (Irene), Ronald Catchpole (Cheryl), Paul Catchpole (Karen), Catherine Nielsen and Lori Menter (Dan). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
