Booth, Jr. (Shannon) and Le Anna Dale (John II); his grandchildren, Benjamin Booth, Willow Booth, Cadence Booth, Jackson Booth, Jules Dale and Morgan Dale; and his siblings, Jerome Booth (Lisa), Donna Hardy (George) and Laura Waier (Will). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
