He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mead and Doris Mead (Terwillger); and his brother Charles Mead. He is survived by: his wife Maryann Mead (Oldrey); his children, Douglas Mead, Jr. (Samantha) and Faith Mead; his grandchildren, Douglas III and Sophia; his stepsons, Charles Letts III and Steven Letts; and his brothers, John and Kurt Mead. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
