He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Johnson and Louise Johnson (Henschel); his wife Cynthia June Johnson (Pleto); and his son Jeremy Johnson. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Douglas Johnson (Cheryl) of Raleigh, NC and Christopher Lee Johnson (Monica) of Trophy Club, TX; his sister Sandra Newby (Tom); and his grandchildren, Austin, Cameron, Caitlin Johnson of North Carolina, Gavin, Brady and Alyssa Johnson of Texas.
