He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Bevilacqua and Rose Bevilacqua (Principe); and his brother Leonard Bevilacqua. He is survived by: his wife Mildred M. Bevilacqua (Patterson); his brother Gary Bevilacqua (Diane); and his sister-in-law Cheryl Bevilacqua. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
