He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Henry, Sr. and Violet Pearl Ashley (Law); and his siblings, Lincoln Ashley (late Judy), Wayne Ashley (late Linda), Roger Ashley, Kneil Ashley (late Shirley), Ronnie Ashley (Edwina) and Violet Ashley.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Ashley (Beaton); his sons, Sean Ashley and Scott Ashley; and his siblings, Joseph Ashley (late Donna), Harold Ashley (Linda), Valerie Como (Ted) and Kevin Ashley (Ginger). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
