She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph LaPenna and Marie LaPenna (Phillips); and her husband Louis Cacciatore. She is survived by: her children, JoMarie Giselman, Frank Cacciatore (Melissa) and Lou Cacciatore; her sister Lucy Carey; and her grandchildren, Steven Giselman, Arielle Giselman (My Bouja), Jenna Cacciatore, Joli Cacciatore, Frank Clougherty, Stephen Clougherty (Sara), Nicholas Cacciatore, Christopher Cacciatore, Hannah Cacciatore and Haley Cacciatore. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial Contributions may be sent in her honor to the Vascular Surgery Fund at Sisters Hospital Foundation or Niagara Hospice.
