He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Harvey and Margaret [Ramsay] Harvey; his wife Janet [Stevenson] Harvey; his son Frank W. Harvey, Jr.; and his siblings, Albert W. W. Harvey (Mildred) and Margaret W. Montanari (Dominik).
He is survived by: his son Neil W. Harvey (Sharon); his grandchildren, Heather L. Harvey and Gwynn A. Dunning (Shawn); and his great grandchildren, Ukari, Reese and Rylee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
