He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Zahradnik and Stella [Sawczyk] Zahradnik. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann [Burnett] Zahradnik; his children, Francis J. Zahradnik (Mary) and Suzanne Elliott (Michael); his grandchildren, Frank, Benjamin, Joshua, Skyler and Kiersten; his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Austyn and Mila; and his brothers, John (Janet) and James Zahradnik (Diane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in his name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
