Currie (Paonessa); his children, Michael Paonessa, Ronald Currie, Katrina Kennedy and Freddie Kennedy, Jr.; his grandchildren, Mi'Kala, Jada, Ayanna, Ija, Freddie, Ly'Sire, Na'Riayah, Willow, Emmanuel and Eli'y; his sisters, Minnie Prince (late Benjamin II) and Mary Alice Houston (late Theodore); his son Willie Allen; and his siblings, Annie R. Maxwell (late Richard), Callis Kennedy, Sr. (late Ernestine), Joe James Kennedy (Barbara Joyce) and Annie L. Kennedy. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the M. J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel (2730 Military Rd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
