He was predeceased by: his father Frederick E. Clark, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Roberta M. Clark (Westerman); his wife Jennifer L. Clark (DeDomenico); his daughter Tayllor Clark; his sister Pamela Lord (Donald); and his sister-in-law Jessica LaMarca (Michael). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to a charity of one's choice.
