She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank L. Piwowarczyk and Anna M. "Pivers" Piwowarczyk (Alex); her brother Frank Piwowarczyk (Patricia); and her niece Meghan White-Piwowarczyk. She is survived by: her siblings, Ann Lisowski (Hank), Karen Szuder, David Piwowarczyk and Barbara Zajac (late Henry); and her nieces and nephews, Laurie Frey (Kent), Leigh Ford (Jeff), Beth Klidonas (Denny), Heather Colangelo Jr. (David), Gary Lisowski, Jason Piwowarczyk (Lisa), Mark Piwowarczyk (Jennifer), Henry E. Zajac II, Matthew Zajac (Janelle), Frank Zajac (April) and David Zajac (Alyssa Narkiewicz). She is also survived by 28 great-nieces & great-nephews and 1 great-great niece.
