He is survived by: his wife Beverly Baptiste (Tuepah); his daughters, Dr. Yvonne Baptiste-Szymanski (Chad Szymanski) of Lewiston, NY and Michelle Garner of San Francisco, CA; his stepdaughter Melanie Rick (Jeffrey) of Lockport, NY.; his grandchildren, Katrina Ann Szymanski, Chad Baptiste Szymanski and Isabella Rick; and his siblings, Levi Baptiste (Donna), LaMont Baptiste (Brenda), Lawrence Baptiste (Sylvia), LaVerine Helf (Philip), Linda Cramer, Louella Baptiste and Lynnette Litten (Fireball). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
