She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic Augustino and Ellen Augustino (Callen); her husband Gerald "Jerry" J. Kovaleski, Sr.; and her brother Robert Augustino (Patricia). She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Bolents (Clark) and Gerald Kovaleski, Jr. (late Karen); her grandchildren, Courtney Guenther (Eric), Clye Bolents (Deanna), Zachery Knox (Gina) and Kaylynn Winters (Brian); and her great grandchildren, Tessa, Jameson, Avery, Jack, Harper and William. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
