He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Bax and Mary Bax (Uril); his wife Mary; and his siblings, Leona Bax Schaller and Leo Bax.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony L. Bax (Sabrina), Stephanie L. Chandler Bax (Rob) and Guy C. Bax (Stacy); and his grandchildren, Luca F. Bax, Savino A. Bax and Carmine F. Bax. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
