He was predeceased by: his father Howard Willard, Jr.; his wife Sharon P. [Eagan] Willard; and his son Matthew Willard. He is survived by: his mother Faye [Price] Willard; and his siblings, Lori Sherwood (Robert), David (Cathy) and Mark Willard (Debby). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
