He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Babcock and Anna J. Babcock (Zymroz); his wife Louise A. Babcock (Pokrzyk); and his sister Mary Ann Babcock. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Holka (Jesse), Brian Babcock (Shely), Kevin Babcock (Deanna), Gregory Babcock (Carolyn) and Rhonda Arsenault (Ross); his grandchildren, Jessica McDowell (Colt), Jamie Holka (Stacey), Christopher, Cody Babcock, Robert Arsenault (Carli), Ryan Arsenault, Joshua Babcock (Emily), Laura Babcock and River Grace Babcock; and his great grandchildren, Bella, Taylor McDowell, Leo and Lucy Holka.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Zajac Funeral Home Inc. (319 24th St, Niagara Falls, NY 14303). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Nf Roman Catholic Family Parish (1055 Military Rd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304).
