We are sad to announce that, on May 15, 2022, James Vincent Congi of Niagara Falls, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Louis A. Congi. He is survived by: his siblings, Carol Casale (late Richard) and Joseph Congi (Susan); and his nieces, Tina Belter (Mark), Allison Congi and Joanna Congi. He is also survived by several great nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
