It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jan Slowakiewicz (Niagara Falls, New York), who passed away on December 17, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan Slowakiewicz and Antonina Slowakiewicz (Schindler); his wife Jadwiga Slowakiewicz; and his brothers, Richard and Roman.
He is survived by: his daughter Patrycja (Sean); his granddaughter Victoria; his siblings, Zygmunt, Jadwiga, Liloza and Teresa; and his siblings' children, Ola, Kasia, Ewa, Kinga, Edyta, John, Sylvester, Adam, Darek, Pawel and Robert.
