She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Bellavia and Brandalyn Bellavia (Scalzo); her husband Frank Congi; her children, Linda Grace (William), Frank Congi, Jr. (Janine), Kim Congi (Dale Dibble) and Vincent Congi; her grandchildren, Jaclyn Grace, Adam Grace (Jessica Crooks), Lauren Bitar (Alex), Matthew Grace (Tristyn Puzan), Elijah Congi-Clyde, Joel Congi (Karah Caudill), Zachery Congi and Christopher Congi (Jasmine Mai); her great grandchildren, Angelo, Ava, Gwendolyn Grace and Julia Bitar; her sisters, Frances Ventry (late David) and Marjorie LaScala (Salvatore); and her brother-in-law Peter Congi. She was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the M. J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel (2730 Military Rd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Prince of Peace Church (1055 N Military Rd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304).
